In the beginning of the semester, I had a pretty good understanding of the writing process, but not as good as I do now. Being in this class has taught me many different processes of writing a paper and how to make it good.
2. Compare this course to other writing experiences you had in English classes throughout high school.
Other writing processes in my past three years have just been the generic English 9-11. I didn't really learn as much. It was basically the same thing the past three years. I hated it.
3. What do you consider to be your best piece of writing? Your worst piece of writing? Why?
My worst piece of writing was definitely the This I Believe paper. Why? Because I had to tie in something from my own person life. My best piece was the Compare and Contrast paper. Why? Because, I had two great words to compare and contrast and I had tons of fun with that paper.
4. What was the experience like writing fewer papers many times compared to writing many papers approximately one time?
I liked the writing fewer papers many times, because I get the chance to make them perfect by correcting my mistakes and making my papers better.
5. What can you now confidently say about yourself as a writer that you could not have said at the beginning of the semester?
At the beginning of the semester, I wasn't very confident with any of my papers. I was always anxious for anyone even teachers to read them. Now, I am as confident as can be with my papers. Whenever I finish a paper, I get the feeling of being done and being happy with what I just wrote.
